  1. When you first wake up, your BP is lower. As the day goes on, your blood pressure rises. When you are doing things such as running, walking quickly, exercising…your blood pressure will rise.

Those digital machines often give misreadings. I wouldn’t rely on that completely.

  2. A lot. Even consecutive readings will differ materially. This means that tracking blood pressure accurately requires numerous readings over several days.

  3. You blood pressure will most definately change throughout the day. It is related more to activity then anything. These occurances are know as heart rate and revolves around the speed at which your heart pumps blood. Of course the more blood pumped and the faster it is pumped your blood pressure will raise. When you sleep or rest around the house not doing anything you have a resting hear rate, your blood pressure is low. When you exercise you have a higher heart rate. The good news is that the more you exercise the lower your blood pressure becomes when you do these exercises again and again. Eventualy you have low and healthy blood pressure. You have more energy and you feel better.
